WHAT TIME OF DAY DO YOU PREFER TO SHOOT?

Golden Hour & Blue Hour are my favorite times of day to shoot (an hour before and after sunset). The sky is most colorful during this time so you can expect that coveted golden light (before sunset) and gorgeous shades of blue/pink (after sunset).

how will you deliver my photos?

I use an online gallery called Pixieset, which allows me to send you your high resolution images. You will be able to download your full gallery, mark your favorites, send them all to your friends/family and even order prints directly from your gallery.. You will have full print rights as well.

HOW LONG HAVE YOU BEEN A PHOTOGRAPHER?

I received my BFA in Photo Media from the University of Kansas in 2014. I've been a photographer for 10 years and have been shooting primarily couples and weddings for the past 4 years.

do you help in the planning process?

1000% yes. Since being a bride myself in 2016, I fully understand the kind of stress brides are under and how many decisions you have to make. I will help with your wedding timeline, any photo related questions, wardrobe suggestions, vendor recommendations, etc! I am HERE for you.

WE'RE SO AWKWARD IN FRONT OF a CAMERA!

I swear 99% all inquiries start off this way but, Y'ALL, that is what I'm here for! My job is to make you feel comfortable and relaxed in whatever setting we're in. All I ask in return, is for you to be your true self and the images will reflect that, letting your personality shine through. I always have music going in the background and I'm super laid back. I promise we'll have a good time.

HOW DO I GET THE BEST PHOTOS POSSIBLE?

LIGHT is the biggest factor in wedding photo greatness. If I could pick my perfect scenario, it would be an outdoor ceremony about an hour before sunset. ENVIRONMENT plays a big role as well. Make sure your surroundings (getting ready room, ceremony backdrop, etc) aren't overly busy. You want the focus to be on the two of you and all the FEELS going on in that moment - not the distracting background behind or around y'all.

BOOKING

Once you're ready to move forward, I will send over a digital contract and invoice where you can quickly pay your retainer fee (this is the fee that holds your wedding date). Once I receive back your contract and retainer, your wedding date is secured!

After you submit a contact form, I'll send over my price guide and let you know if I'm available for your date!

You can expect to see a "sneak peak" within 24 hours of your wedding so you can start sharing photos ASAP! Your full gallery will be delivered within 4-5 weeks.

COFFEE/COCKTAIL

I prefer to meet all of my potential wedding clients in person to make sure we are a good fit for each other. We will meet for a coffee or cocktail, and if you aren't local to Austin, we can Facetime!

About 2 weeks prior to your wedding, I will request a wedding day timeline from you or your wedding planner. I'll look over every detail and make sure we have enough time allotted for all of the photos on our shot list.
